You have found the perfect spot for your Lake Lanier vacation! Pick your dates and bring your swimsuit, fishing pole and boat if you have one for a well-deserved getaway. Located on a huge cove, this waterfront property has views of 'big water' from the dock and a large double slip dock with party deck on a quiet area of the lake in Gainesville, Georgia.

This spacious home would be perfect for a family vacation, family reunion or even a couple of families staying together. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay in Gainesville on Lake Lanier. The property slopes to the water for an easy walk to the dock--not totally flat but almost. It is easily manageable on the well groomed path. The house is only a short drive from downtown Gainesville as well as Lake Lanier Islands, the Premium Outlet Mall in Dawsonville and even Dahlonega.

There are 5 bedrooms (see below), 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. This house has plenty of of beds-- located on 3 floors which allows for some privacy. (Upstairs room with single beds must access bathroom through a bedroom or go downstairs.) The main living room has a wall of windows overlooking the trees and lake view through the trees, beautiful hardwood floors, a stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

WIFI is available and there is an office area off the foyer if you need a place get some homework done or work from home while on vacation-- then get back to the fun.

For outdoor living, there are three deck areas – two covered decks--one with 3 ceiling fans--and a deck by the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. For entertainment, there are board games, a large flat screen, smart TV with Blu-Ray player and a shuffleboard table on the terrace level.

When you are at the lake, you can sit on the dock and enjoy the sun on the upper part of large party dock or stay below for more shade or fishing. Either location allows for a great view of lake activities. There are boats and jet skis for rent at various marinas on the lake, the closest being Port Royale. Ask about kayak and stand up paddle board rental from owner - free delivery.

****Please note, we do NOT allow events at the home such as weddings, large birthday bashes, bachelor parties, etc.**** CALL TO DISCUSS PRIOR TO REQUESTING A BOOKING.
We are a residential location and cannot accommodate a large EVENT. Family gatherings, couples, mature women or men's groups are fine and welcome. If you have more than 13, please inquire about suitability of space. We strive to maintain our home in pristine condition and have found 'party events' are not in keeping with the vision for our vacation rental.  Thank you for your understanding.

CALL FOR PET APPROVAL PRIOR TO REQUESTING A BOOKING. Typically we accept small, non-shedding dogs.
